It’s just something that’s always bugged me about the original games (I know the PC versions of the FDs had the face option). One of my main reasons for buying the vita ports rather than just digging out my old copies of the PC games was so that I could experience the heroine actually having a face in the original game.

This was the series of otome games that really got me into the genre and were some of the first games I ever played in Japanese so it was really interesting to revisit them like 9 years later… Okay, my half-assed story description wasn’t great but this is one of those games that most people are probably familiar with & the story isn’t exactly important here. However, this balance is disrupted when Yoh, yet another childhood friend, moves over from France to see Tsukiko again… Luckily for her she has her two beloved childhood friends Kanata & Suzuya by her side to protect her.
It was a boy’s school until two years ago but the heroine Tsukiko is the only girl to actually attend the school. (The game should run perfectly fine now.) Replace the Rio+.arc file in the game folder with the one in the patch.ħ. (you should now see a Rio+.arc file in it.)Ħ. After you’ve finished that, check your game folder again. (After you’ve finished installing it, if you will check the game folder, you will not see any Rio+.arc files in there.)Ĥ.

Install the game as you installed it before. After restarting your computer, Run the setup.ģ. Change your system locale to Japanese before installing the game. (ASGARD folder should be completely gone in the directory you installed and you should not see the game in the Control Panel.)ġ. Make sure the game is completely uninstalled.
